Our Classroom
The Reception class environment is made up of three areas.
The first is the indoor classroom which is set up to engage and inspire our children in all areas of their learning. The spaces are well thought out and ensure that children are able to consolidate and extend their learning through using a range of resources independently and with adult support.
We then have two outdoor areas. One of these is a quieter area which includes activities such as drawing, reading, colouring and role play. The other area involves bigger equipment like our big blue blocks, a stage area and bikes, trikes and scooters. We also have the option to extend our outdoor play into the orchard.
